West Virginia's Bureau for Child Support Enforcement employs trained customer service agents. If you have a question that cannot be answered using this website, call the Customer Service Unit at 1-800-249-3778 or 304-558-4665.
Our Customer Service Unit is open during normal working hours 8:30 am to 5:00 pm, Monday through Friday. The Customer Service Unit is closed on weekends, state and federal holidays, and may be closed when a state of emergency exists.
