Parents​

Pay Online at the SMART West Virginia Child Support Payment Center:

There are four options to make a payment on our SMART portal using the link above:

  1. Request the process of a one-time or recurring bank draft (Service Fee: NONE)
  2. Request the process of a one-time payment by debit or credit card. (Service Fee: 2.5% of the payment amount)
  3. Pay with Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal, or Venmo. (Service Fee: 2.5% of the payment amount) 
  4. Pay with CASH at a participating retailer. (Service Fee $2.00)

Pay by Phone:

1-855-303-0094 (automated system), can only accept a one-time payment by debit or credit card. Please be aware that this option has a fee of 2.5% of the payment amount.​
